I’m back! My month in China is over and my uni responsibilities start to slowly creep up on me…
WordPress is working fine so I can publish my first post from China! Luckily, the 12th is today because tomorrow we are going to spend the whole day in the car (12 hours!!) to drive south. So this is the last day in my boyfriend’s hometown.
When you are reading these lines I’m already gone!
It has been a while that I had a “panic attack”. What caused my panic this time?
One stop on my vacation was Barcelona where I stayed for 2,5 days. Instead of writing one of a million travel guides for Barcelona, I rather share some random moments with you!
No, I didn’t travel the whole world yet or did a backpacking trip through the Australian outback but I can still offer you some (city-) travel tips! We visited three cities in Spain within 9 days (Asian style). Some impressions of the vacations will follow in my next articles!
Can you belive it? I review a different book than the Clifton Chronicles! Today I want to review a historical novel (sorry, I love this genre the most). I read this book in German but since there is an English version available, I will write my review in English.
I’m a day late for the 12 of 12 post because the 12th of April was quite eventful! But find out for yourself…
[Hold your horses! I don’t want offend anybody! I state my perceptions and experiences! I just know a few Chinese people personally, so my remarks are not representative!]
Here are 5 cultural differences that I witnessed being with a Chinese man for almost four years. Maybe I will write another version of this article focusing on differences in relationships.
1. Sense of Community
I noticed that many Chinese people are rather egoistic when it comes to the environment or empathy.
Another picture from Sweden! I hope you’re not sick of those pictures by now… I definitely want to go back to the north of Sweden or Norway … or Finland. I love the Scandinavian landscape!
Have you been to a Scandinavian country before?
I can’t believe that the first month of 2017 is already over! As always, the time went by so fast. Let’s recap what January was like for me!
What is “not normal” or “extreme” by my definition?
You can eat healthy but balanced with a little bit of everything or you can eat raw till 4, vegan, gluten-free (although you don’t have an allergy), no sugar, no processed food.
You can stop buying shit you don’t need or you can become a minimalist and just own 25 items.
You can work out regularly or you can work out every day, drink disgusting protein shakes and circle your mind around decreasing your fat and increasing the amount of muscles all day long.
You can go on a city-rip or you can drive with a motorcycle from Portugal to Thailand.
