Hi guys! I’m glad you found my blog!
First off, I want to give you some information about myself. If you want to get to know me, feel free to check out my posts and leave a comment!
So now let’s answer a few relevant questions (which I am basically asking myself):
1. How old are you?
2. What is your job?
I’m a full-time student and I work part-time as a tutor in the same university.
3. What degree do you have?
So far, I have a bachelor’s degree and I am currently working on my master’s degree.
4. Are you in a relationship?
Yes, I have a boyfriend and we are in a relationship for 3 years. He is Chinese, I am German. Oh, how fun that can be! But sometimes not… (Read more about the reality of an international/binational relationship here! I also posted some tips on how to survive the “getting used to each other phase” when moving together)
5. Why did you start blogging?
Since I moved out and moved in with my boyfriend in another city, I was confronted with reality which got my thinking.
And I was thinking a lot.
The problem was, the thinking got me nowhere. I was thinking too much, worrying too much but I had no solutions. It was a waste of time and a waste of my energy. It got to the point that it drove me crazy! Hence, I thought I needed to write my thoughts down and analyze them. Find the root of the problem and solve it! I first thought about writing a diary but then I will just hide in my little cave of negativity and anxiety. Revealing my thoughts to an audience (if there ever will be an audience…) forces me to work on myself and to improve myself. I don’t want to write about the same issue over and over again.
I WANT TO BREAK THE VICIOUS CYCLE!
I don’t know if this is going to work out but I at least want to try.
Follow me on this journey!
