Tuesday-Treasure #32

“You expected to be sad in the fall. Part of you died each year when the leaves fell from the trees and their branches were bare against the wind and the cold, wintery light.
But you knew there would always be the spring, as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person died for no reason.”

― Ernest Hemingway, A Moveable Feast

Spring finally arrived!!

Warm temperatures and daylight savings say goodbye to the grey time of the year. I can’t wait for the flowers to bloom. I want to take a walk in the fields, eat fruits and vegetables in season, clean my home and afterwards relax on my balcony under the sun.

This year I feel motivated, inspired and refreshed by spring! Winter was definitely too long and too cold for my liking!

What about you?

  1. Shouldn’t write so late. Just tapped on the wrong button. …Were was I. Ah, because everything blooms and nature cones to life. Since there is more Sun we are also much more active and alive. We have the Frühjahrsputz and clean out everything and are ready to make trips, go out into nature, and plan our vacations or do short trips. I just love spring.

I hope it will be longer this time!
